Utlilising a layered 3dimensional heat topography map, that would in essense show the interdependant direct and also indirect relationships and co-depancies, of fundamental core systemic values, in this example in relation to a countries health, economics versus it people.

 

Such examples could be ways in which to forecast and also predict the impact of cuts to say education, health, and sciences and the long-term cost, being that of the cost of repair and the detrimental impact, versus that of a supportive and prevenative frame-work and associated expendature and investments.

 

This engine will also draw on international statistics and scenarios, and use predicitve and analytical forecasting and modelling, in addition to historical data-sets, and automatically asses and find the connections and correlations of the core values that govern these areas.
